Minister for Higher Education and Social Justice Mrs. R Bindu  launched the distribution of Free Privilege cards for the differently abled children and their parents at Thrissur.

District Panchayath Vice President Sheena Parayangattil received the privilege card from Arya Eye Care Managing Director Dr. K.B Minudham.

Privilege card is the product of Thrissur Parivaar and Arya Eye Care.
